OctPoWriMo – Believe in Magic

Believe in Magic

Everything I’ve seen and heard
Teaches me to believe in
Magic
It doesn’t take wands
It doesn’t take potions
No school of Hogwarts needed
Just step outside and take a look
At all the wonders of the world
Majestic peaks
A colorful array of flowers
Rainbows that stretch across the sky
But the thing that firmly cements
My personal conviction
Is the human body in all it’s glory
Millions of nerves connected in
A perfectly performing machine
Heal your body
Heal your mind
How can you not
Believe in magic
