Love Is In Da Blog – Teaser Tuesday

I was reading my niece’s blog this morning (found here) and she does this pretty cool thing every Tuesday called Teaser Tuesdays hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Since I’m always looking for new, great things to do with my blog and I also love reading, I decided to play along. I’ve included links if you are as excited about it as I was and decide to join in as well.

I am also going to keep my monthly theme of Love hosted by Bee, which might be difficult depending on what I’m reading, but right now it’s easy. The only part I need to modify in order to fit the theme is opening to a random page. I will do that if I’m not currently working a theme.

I am currently reading Persuasion by Jane Austen.

My Teaser:

“There had been a time, when of all the large party now filling the drawing-room at Uppercross, they would have found it most difficult to cease to speak to one another. With the exception, perhaps, of Admiral and Mrs Croft, who seemed particularly attached and happy, (Anne could allow no other exceptions even among the married couples), there could have been no two hearts so open, no tastes so similar, no feelings so in unison, no countenances so beloved.”

What are you currently reading?

  1. Hello and thanks for taking part in “Love Is In Da Blog”. To connect it with Teaser Tuesday is a brilliant idea. I love that ๐Ÿ™‚ even though I am not an Austen fan I have to admit. I am reading “Love Least Expected” a collection of short stories by different authors which came out yesterday and “Stardust” by Neil Gaiman. ๐Ÿ™‚
